We find we are interwoven threads in the intricate tapestry of life, its deep ecology.

Joanna Macy

At the heart of my teaching is a simple yet powerful reminder: your breath is always there for you. It is your anchor, your life source, and your way home. Through accessible yoga, meditation, and breath-centered practices, I guide individuals and groups back to the present moment—where true connection begins. I offer community classes like Summer Yoga & Sound Bath in the park, as well as mindfulness-based workshops and team-building sessions for workplaces and schools. Whether we’re gathered under the open sky or in a professional setting, my goal is the same: to help you slow down, come back to your foundation, and remember the quiet value of being here—fully and completely—in this moment.

When the phrase “live life like a force of nature” first came to me, something about its rawness and simplicity really stayed with me. It moved me deeply—maybe because it captures how I try to live in the tension of opposites, embracing both intensity and stillness. That’s how I like to live (in the dualities):

gentle but blunt
calm but chaotic
simple but complicated
breathtaking but underwhelming

And also…

real and authentic
cozy and comforted
awake and alive
inspirational

I invite you to this space for reflection, calm, and inspiration to change your approach. Another checklist isn’t going to solve anything and neither will your next meditation. It’s all about walking the small steps, taking different routes, coming back to the old and the new, loving yourself along the journey. I hope to provide even a little bit of comfort and support to you along this path – either through my classes & bookings or through free resources like my Insight Timer tracks, Instagram content, or Youtube videos.

Join me on this path of discovery, reflection, and awakening. I’m glad you’re here.
